A lot happened in 18 months, actually

In June last year, Aneesha packed up a life in Mumbai and landed in Bangalore for a new seat at Razorpay, trading the familiar for a room full of people sharper than she was used to keeping up with, which, it turns out, is exactly how you get better fast.

Deep in fintech, she started leaning on AI as an actual tool rather than a buzzword: reviewing documentation, automating what used to take hours, rebuilding processes until her team was shipping some of the sharpest documentation in the industry. It went well enough that she ended up on stage at the company's AI Show & Tell, telling a room full of colleagues how she and her team used Clueso to cut video creation time in half.

Somewhere in the same stretch, she finished a Postgraduate Program in AI & ML from UT Austin, started going to the gym, and began walking back to her hostel from the office most evenings instead of taking a cab, notebook in hand, slowly working on something quieter than a career: her own headspace.

Areesha's year looked different, and just as full. In October, she was promoted from Associate Product Manager to Product Manager at Landmark Group, and almost immediately found herself building Generative AI and Agentic AI products from the ground up, the kind of work that doesn't just teach you new skills, it rewires how you think about your own field.

She finished the same AI & ML program Aneesha did, traded hostel life for her first real apartment, and rebuilt her routine from scratch too: clean eating, the gym, 12,000 steps logged most days, the slow, unglamorous work of actually taking care of yourself.
